Holiday Hours: Telehealth is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

When can I schedule an ExpressCare telehealth visit?

ExpressCare telehealth is available during regular ExpressCare business hours, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. If you access the appointment times after-hours, you will be able to select and schedule your appointment time for the next business day.

What is the cost of an ExpressCare telehealth visit?

Telehealth services are covered by health insurance, including Medicare and Illinois Medicaid. We will bill your insurance just like we would an ExpressCare walk-in visit.

What do I need for an ExpressCare telehealth visit?

Telehealth is a web-based service.  All you need is a mobile device that has internet access with a connected camera. If you do not have access to a mobile device, you can do a visit over the telephone.

What can I expect?

Once you schedule your appointment time online or using the Memorial App, you will receive a notification with a link and detailed instructions of how to set up and access your visit. Instructions may vary depending on the type of device you are using. Just access the link at your scheduled appointment time and the provider will be with you.
