Forms of payment

Contact an Account Representative by telephone at 800-577-5368 to pay with your credit card, e-check or debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Account Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays).

We accept most forms of insurance.

These include Medicare, Medicaid, certain health maintenance organizations (HMO) and preferred provider organizations (PPO) plans and most other health insurances. All claims will be submitted, on your behalf, to your insurance company. However, it is up to you to check with your insurance to know what is covered.

Charity Care

We recognize not everyone is insured. With the rising costs of providing health insurance, we realize that not all patients have adequate coverage. We also understand the stress involved in meeting financial obligations, especially when not feeling well.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay, letting us know as early as possible will help. We can discuss individual payment plans and help you obtain estimated costs of test and treatments before they occur. By partnering with you early in the course of treatment, we have the best opportunity to offer financial assistance before problems occur.

Charity Care Program.
Financial assistance is available to patients who are unable to pay for their medical services. Patients must be deemed eligible for the Charity Care Program.

Memorial Health System provides community support to patients at no charge or at a reduced charge. Financial counselors are available to help patients apply for the Charity Care Program.
